I learned a lot about finance and credit reporting with this company. Also my coworkers were pretty easy to get along with, good people for the most part. One thing about this company is the lack of accountability. People who have worked there for a very long time are able to do their work incompletely and see no consequences. Then those who are less senior in the company are left to pick up the pieces of their work. Another thing I do not like about the company is that they rotate their management quite frequently. Then a new manager will come in and change everything, making it difficult to continuously do your job to your full potential. Overall I like the people who work for the company but I feel like the company does not take good care of their employees who actually put in the effort.
